Second Cousin Thrice Removed Samantha

Again, how are Samantha and Max related? No idea. She's Ivy's kid. That's all you need to know. Anyway, it was Samantha's birthday, so we needed to get at least one picture of the two of them together. (Amanda, Samanatha's sister, slept most of the time we were there. Or, more accurately, most of the time we were there and I was taking pictures.) Here, Samantha looks cute, as all birthday girls should look, while Max looks like cranky like his crotchety old man.

Truth-be-told, he's only "half cranky" in this picture. How do I know? Only one fist is clenched. When both are clenched, run for the hills and sound the air raid siren, all hell's about to break loose. (Are all kids this way?)
