Neither the four-legged Max nor the two-legged Max could give a rat's tail about one another. Rob tried so hard to get Max to pet the baby, but it didn't work so well. Then when Meri suggested that Max pet the dog, Rob had a bit more success. Truthfully, the two happily co-exist without much interaction, so for now all is good. The situation may change as Max becomes older and starts to pull the four-legged Max's tail. Here, Rob helps Max pet Max.
