Shuggie Found

Recently we heard from a source close to Shuggie. While he's alive, it's debatable if we can call him well. According to this source, Shuggie lost the bow tie in 1987 and took up residence with one-eyed Ted. In his less formal attire, Shuggie has taken to another kind of bottle. It's not clear that Shuggie is looking for reward money. Given his canine background, he mentioned he's more interested in Mad Dog than anything else. Now my question is this, readers.
