Isabella Turns Four!

What else do you where to a four year old birthday party in Brooklyn? Matching Hawaiian shirts, of course! Truthfully, the days are numbered for these shirts as a matched pair. Max's stomach is starting to hang out the bottom of the shirt. Soon, the buttons will pop off one by one, Hulk-style.

This picture was taken after Isabella refused hugs-and-kisses from me an Max, but before I went on the vomit comet (aka the carosel) in Prospect Park. It's a 4G simulator disguised by antique horses, a mechanical band and an old man who looks like the professor from Back to the Future. Afterwards, I was no longer smiling, but Max was still sticking his tongue out and spitting, making that pphhhbllltititit noise.

Thankfully that little Canon has a zoom lens, otherwise we never would have been able to capture a photo of the birthday girl. And as for the other one, two sets of grandparents were all over Rachel, so no chance to get a picture with her and Max again.
