"Max, it's Super Soccer Stars!, not Ball!!"
So he keeps on saying "ball" instead of "stars" in the Super Soccer Stars theme
song, but he does grasp the most important part, that you can't touch the ball
with your hands. He also appreciates that men indeed do look better in a uniform,
even if the uniform conceals a Pampers Cruisers Size 6. Max is slowly learning the
ropes courtesy of Coaches Doug and Nathaniel. Max is the youngest in the class
by far -- perhaps by 4 or 5 months, but is clearly the tallest. Max's best part of
the class is when all the kids have to line up against the wall, in preparation for
a dart across the gym floor. He leans against it "mug shot style" waiting for the
whistle. When all the kids are lined up, he's got at least three inches on them!
We're still working on skills other than lining up against the wall.
What do you expect, he's half me, half Meri afterall.
